At Vivento, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Returns

We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Products that have been used
• Products with opened or tampered packaging
• Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product

Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, once the product packaging has been opened or the product has been used, it is no longer eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a video of the damaged product
• Photos of the original packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will either:

• Send a replacement item (subject to availability), or
• Issue a full refund using your original payment method.
